The Prep Cook supports banquet kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and ensuring all food items meet FGI’s SCORE standards. The right candidate, if chosen, will receive a $500 sign on bonus after 90 days of service

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for banquet production.
- Support banquet cooking by completing prep lists.
- Set up prep stations.
- Label, date, rotate, and store food items.
- Follow recipes and prep procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
- Assist cooks and chefs.
- Monitor food quality and report issues.
- Communicate stock needs.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Safety Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety guidelines.
- Report hazards or injuries.
- Wear non-slip footwear.
- Follow Employee Handbook and Safety Manual.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Prior kitchen or prep experience required.
- Ability to work flexible schedule.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to lift 50–80 lbs.
- ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain.
Salary : $17 - $19
