What are the responsibilities and job description for the GOLF DIRECTORCALL CENTER SALES AGENT FT position at FOUNDERS GROUP MCC?
$13 per hour plus monthly incentive/commissions
Shifts would include: 9am-5pm or 11am-7pm weekdays and weekend shifts
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Sell tee times on all FGI golf courses as well as other golf courses in our program.
• Meet and achieve monthly sales goals/quarterly goals/retain existing golf groups/growing your book of business.
• Sell tee times on all Lightspeed courses on our call center and have knowledge of all their facilities to help answer staff questions daily.
• Provide guidance and support to Lightspeed call center clients by actively engaging them on any updates, rates, policies, conditions, and phone system capabilities.
• Be familiar with all the golf courses, amenities of resorts and other rental properties.
• Working knowledge of all company websites, promotions, and booking engines.
• Keep up with all policies-read and initial all memos as they are issued and make sure all staff is updated and aware.
Safety Responsibilities and Requirements:
• Assist other properties and courses’ employees with all golf inquiries and packages.
• Other miscellaneous duties assigned.
• Actively demonstrate, encourage, and model safety rules and guidelines in accordance with state and federal law.
• Report safety or hazard concerns to management immediately.
• Report any work-related injury to management immediately.
• Take personal responsibility for safety every day.
Qualifications:Qualification-Requirements Experience - Education
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, professional, and excellent leadership skills.
• Must be flexible to work on weekends and afternoon shifts as needed.
• Demonstrate ability to multi-task, organize, take initiative, and follow up.
• Knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and course conditions.
Salary : $13
