Patient Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a Licensed Esthetician or highly experienced patient care professional who brings a polished presence, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for wellness and aesthetics.

This is not a typical front desk role. It is an opportunity to become an integral part of a high-touch, patient-centered practice where the quality of each interaction matters.

You will serve as the first and lasting impression of our practice—setting the tone for each patient’s experience from the moment they walk in or reach out.

Schedule (Part-Time Only)

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday | 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (24 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling with precision, efficiency, and attention to detailProvide a warm, polished, and professional welcome to every patient
• Provide a warm, polished, and professional welcome to every patient
• Coordinate patient communication across phone, email, and portal
• Anticipate needs and support both clinical and administrative teams
• Maintain an organized, calm, and aesthetically pleasing front office
• Contribute to an overall experience that reflects the quality of our care

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed Esthetician (strongly preferred) or equivalent experience in aesthetics/medical front office
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Professional appearance and composed demeanor
• Previous experience in a patient-facing or client service role required
• Interest in functional medicine, nutrition, and holistic health
• Appreciation for and familiarity with medical-grade skincare and aesthetic treatments
• Comfortable and efficient with scheduling systems and technology
