As a Senior Construction Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of our company, working directly with homeowners, engineers, contractors, and developers to evaluate issues, propose tailored solutions, and close high-value contracts. This role is ideal for a seasoned closer with strong construction and project management skills who wants to be part of an elite team.
What You’ll Do
Sell high-value foundation repair and geo-structural solutions to homeowners, engineers, and contractors.
Respond to inbound leads and perform on-site evaluations, gathering field data, and assessing structural issues.
Prepare and present detailed proposals with scopes of work, pricing, and schedules.
Close deals and build strong, long-term client relationships.
Manage projects from contract signing through completion.
Collaborate with engineers on designs, permitting, and construction details.
Oversee project budgets and performance to ensure profitability.
Drive new sales strategies and outreach to expand our client base.
Promote our brand through networking, events, and industry involvement.
Who You Are
A high-energy, results-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced sales environments.
A proven closer with a strong sales record in construction or related industries.
A confident communicator who can explain complex construction solutions clearly.
Experienced in construction sales.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or with a team.
Minimum Qualifications
5 years of sales experience with a high close rate.
Knowledge of foundation systems, micropiles, retaining walls, or concrete repair.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM tools.
Ability to read structural drawings
Must reside in Hawaii.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling micropiles, helical piers, drilled shafts, or structural framing services.
Established network of engineers, contractors, or developers.
Degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or similar.
