Responsibilities
- Identifying and contacting potential customers, presenting products or services, negotiating deals, building relationships, and meeting sales targets.
- Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales-related role or similar sales or customer service role
- Preferred 2 years of experience in a sales-related role or similar sales or customer service role
- Minimum High school diploma
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- Ability to persuade and negotiate
- Ability to work independently and also work well with others
- Ability to identify potential customers
- Ability to promote and sell services to customers
- Ability to effectively communicate with partners and clients
- Ability to maintain accurate sales records and reporting
