- 5 years of experience in influencer performance marketing, preferably with beauty brands
- Proven track record managing omni-channel influencer and PR campaigns from strategy through execution
- Experience navigating platforms like LTK, ShopMy, TikTok, and other creator platforms for maximum partnership impact
- Demonstrated success in managing PR agency relationships and driving proactive results (PR agency management is critical)
- Advanced relationship-building and negotiation skills with influencers, agencies, and brand partners
- Strong analytical mindset with experience reporting performance metrics and optimizing for ROI - Experience with influencer and affiliate tools such as Tribe, Creator IQ, GRIN, LTK, ShopMy, Shopify Collabs
- Team leadership experience and strong cross-functional communication abilities
- Proficiency in media pitch and narrative development, event/activation planning, and editorial outreach
- In-office presence required in Frisco, Texas
