- 1-3 years of experience in social media, content creation, community management, or related digital marketing roles
- Confident appearing on camera for tutorials, trend-based content, and educational videos
- Demonstrated experience creating and editing short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Proficient in mobile-first editing tools such as CapCut and Adobe Premiere Rush
- Strong writing skills with ability to craft engaging, on-brand captions
- Highly organized, able to manage content calendars, multiple platforms, and digital asset libraries
- Enthusiastic and proactive relationship builder who enjoys engaging with online communities
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with in-office attendance required in either White Plains, NY or Frisco, TX
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Fashion, or related field preferred
- Spanish language proficiency is a strong plus
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and social scheduling tools
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
