This position allows you to help homeowners fix and protect their mostvaluable asset—their home—and strengthen community infrastructure the right way. ObjectiveTo lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve individual andcompany goals while ensuring homeowners receive outstanding service and lastingsolutions. Position SummaryThe Sales Manager oversees all aspects of the sales department, including leadership,training, performance management, and strategic planning. This role is responsible fordriving sales performance, teaching established sales processes, and ensuring alignmentwith company goals and the sales model. The Sales Manager exercises discretion andindependent judgment in decisions that impact the company’s sales operations. Topperforming Sales Managers that drive their sales team can earn $140K or more annuallywhile helping provide guidance and coaching to their team members. Key Responsibilities• Lead, manage, and grow the sales team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly andannual sales targets.• Conduct regular ride-alongs with sales representatives to evaluate performance andprovide coaching.• Plan and conduct weekly sales meetings focusing on product knowledge, salesstrategies, and professional growth.• Develop and implement new hire training programs and ongoing education forexisting staff.• Utilize existing training materials and systems to reinforce company salesmethodology.• Conduct quarterly performance reviews and create performance improvement planswhere needed.• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of sales results, forecasts, and keyperformance indicators (KPIs).• Collaborate with other departments to improve cross-functional efficiency andcustomer experience.• Promote company values, culture, and purpose while fostering a positive andmotivated sales environment.• Serve as the first point of contact for sales representatives regarding pre-saleprocesses and workflow questions. Qualifications• 3 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in home improvement,construction, or related industries.• Demonstrated success in coaching, mentoring, and developing a sales team.• Strong understanding of sales strategy, CRM systems, and performance metrics.• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve sales performance.• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. What We Offer• Competitive compensation with base salary plus performance-based incentives.• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).• Company vehicle.• Ongoing professional training and development through dealer network programs.• A supportive, team-oriented, and growth-focused company culture. Our PurposeOur purpose is to redefine what it means to work with a contractor by creating a trulyremarkable experience for every customer.
