Customer Service and Support Representative
12-18 month contract position
Pay is ~21-24/hr
San Diego, CA 92111 (Kearny Mesa) 7am-4pm Mon-Fri
Required:

- Must be highly organized, fast, and efficient
- Ability to work in a team environment, while completing tasks independently
- Quality work, detailed, and accurate
- Helpful to others (co-workers, customers, company)
- Good Time Management and Problem Solving, basic math aptitude
- Microsoft Office and QuickBooks knowledge is helpful
- High School Diploma or GED
- Authorized to work in US
- Can pass a background check including cannabis drug screen
Summary / Responsibilities - Responsible for maintaining customer relationships by following client requirements for time service, follow-up, deliveries, and quality.
- Answer and route emails & telephone calls
- Review all customer requests for quotes
- Research and locate parts for customer quotes (material chasing)
- Enter quotes into QuickBooks
- Email customer quotes & follow up
- Respond to customer emails/calls
- Receive and review customer purchase orders for accuracy
- Order parts and materials to fulfill customer order
- Organize and maintain system for all customer/vendor correspondence
- Contacting vendors for shipment dates
- Scan documents and drawings as needed
- Create or maintain reports as needed
- Scanning & organizing electronic files
- Filing
- Flexibility to take on any new company or customer work as assigned
- Other Admin or Customer Service duties as assigned
