Role Description — Sales Consultant (St. Louis, MO)

This is a full-time, on-site role based out of our St. Louis branch. As a Sales Consultant, you’ll run structured in-home consultations, uncover root-cause issues, and guide homeowners toward the best long-term solution for their home. You’ll leverage a proven system, backed by engineering data, to deliver clarity in moments when homeowners feel uncertain or overwhelmed.

Your day-to-day includes:

  • Conducting detailed home inspections using proven diagnostic steps
  • Leading homeowner conversations with clarity, empathy, and confidence
  • Presenting engineered solutions and walking customers through the “why” behind each recommendation
  • Managing your pipeline, following up on open opportunities, and driving results
  • Delivering an exceptional experience from first handshake to scheduled installation

This is a role for someone who takes pride in solving big problems, thrives in a structured process, and wants to win with integrity.


Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in consultative sales—you diagnose before you prescribe
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts so homeowners feel confident, not confused
  • Exceptional communication skills, both listening and presenting
  • Proven ability to deliver world-class customer experiences
  • Prior experience in sales, service, or any client-facing role is preferred
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
  • Able to work on-site in St. Louis, MO and attend training at our local office
