This is a full-time, on-site role based out of our St. Louis branch. As a Sales Consultant, you’ll run structured in-home consultations, uncover root-cause issues, and guide homeowners toward the best long-term solution for their home. You’ll leverage a proven system, backed by engineering data, to deliver clarity in moments when homeowners feel uncertain or overwhelmed.
Your day-to-day includes:
- Conducting detailed home inspections using proven diagnostic steps
- Leading homeowner conversations with clarity, empathy, and confidence
- Presenting engineered solutions and walking customers through the “why” behind each recommendation
- Managing your pipeline, following up on open opportunities, and driving results
- Delivering an exceptional experience from first handshake to scheduled installation

- Strong proficiency in consultative sales—you diagnose before you prescribe
- Ability to simplify technical concepts so homeowners feel confident, not confused

- Prior experience in sales, service, or any client-facing role is preferred
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- Able to work on-site in St. Louis, MO and attend training at our local office
