Job Overview
We are hiring a reliable and organized Office Secretary to support our construction and foundation repair company. The role includes daily office tasks, permit assistance, scheduling, and communication with clients and inspectors. Must be detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients, inspectors, and manage front desk duties
- Answer and route multi-line phone calls
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle emails, documents, and filing (Microsoft Office & Google Workspace)
- Assist with construction permits, city paperwork, and inspection scheduling
- Support foundation repair project documentation
- Basic bookkeeping support (QuickBooks a bonus)
- Maintain office organization and supplies
Skills & Requirements
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Google Workspace)
- Excellent communication & customer service
- Organized, fast learner, detail-oriented
- Experience with construction or permits – big bonus
- Knowledge of foundation repair – bonus
- Spanish – strong plus
