FotoFly is a family and children’s photography company. Each holiday season we put on FotoFly Santa. It is a one-of-a-kind tradition where the parents dress up as Santa and get amazing 'Santa' photos (www.fotoflysanta.com). Typically, our schedule books solid weeks in advance because it is seriously the coolest thing ever.
Our team is EXTRAORDINARY. Along with hard workers, we need people who are funny, dependable, goofy, flexible (the schedule type of flexible, not necessarily the body type of flexible), empathetic, and awesome. We know you will enjoy being a part of our family!
Position Description
We are looking for a photographer to capture the magic! This is a hard but so rewarding job (both emotionally and financially!).
You will be responsible for capturing children’s smiles and creating good quality images that families will cherish for a lifetime.
You will take beautiful, memorable Santa photos in short, 10 minute sessions from approximately 10 am - 7 pm with ample breaks throughout the day 3-5 days a week. This position will run from early November to December 24th. Training will occur starting October 19th. We are specifically hiring for out Clearfield location.
NOTE: If you have been interested in turning your passion for photography into a full-time, year-round job with FotoFly, then joining us for this Santa season would be an excellent item to have on your resume. We WILL be hiring standard studio photographers in early 2027!
Requirements
To rock this position you MUST:
- Be enthusiastic and fun
- Love kids (obvious reasons)
- Have killer communication skills
- Enjoy talking to strangers (aka NOT SHY)
- Be proficient in basic photography. We will train you to become a FotoFly Santa photographer! Whether you are an expert photographer or just starting out, we will train you to shoot in FotoFly Santa's style.
- Be proactive and a fast learner
- Able to handle stressful situations
- Creative!
- FLEXIBLE and able to go with the flow
