The Role
This is a sales position. A sales role with real earning potential and a clear path to making great money based on your performance. Our reputation in this community does a lot of the work. Every person who reaches out has already decided they want to talk to us. Your job is to connect with them, learn their story, and give them the information they need to make a decision.
You’ll be the first voice people hear when they reach out to us. That matters a lot. We want someone who takes that seriously.

What You'll Do
• Convert warm inbound leads into signed clients, on the first call when possible
• Respond to calls, texts, and messages with genuine care and speed
• Manage leads from first contact through retainer signature
• Keep our lead management system accurate and up to date•
• Make sure every person who contacts us, even those we can’t help, is treated with respect

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $35,000 annually
• Monthly performance bonuses with total compensation potential exceeding $65,000 annually
• Medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance
• Paid time off
• Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m – 5:00 p.m.
• Hybrid schedule after training period
We’ll invest in your training and give you everything you need to succeed. The rest is up to you.
