Role Description
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a real career in the legal field from the ground up. As a Case Manager at Foster Wallace, you'll be embedded in the day-to-day life of an active personal injury practice, working directly alongside paralegals and attorneys on real cases for real clients. You won't be on the sidelines; you'll be part of the team that moves cases forward.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining case files and documentation, coordinating with our medical records team, communicating with medical providers regarding treatment and billing, sending letters of representation and routine correspondence, requesting videos and physical evidence, greeting clients, and supporting our paralegals and staff across the case lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A customer service mindset; our clients are going through something hard and how we treat them matters
- Comfortable thinking on your feet and finding solutions
- Legal experience is not required but familiarity with medical or legal terminology is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish speakers are always encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits
- $37,500 – $42,000 annually; this is a non-exempt position eligible for overtime
