COMPENSATION: $16 - $19/hour, Depending on Experience
HOURS PER WEEK: Part Time or Full Time
DAYS REQUIRED: Weekdays, Weekends, Holidays

Hemlock Neversink’s Housekeeping team is made up of dedicated folks who are obsessed with details, the experts in our guest rooms and each common room’s nook and cranny, and committed to ensuring guests walk into clean, near spaces during each part of their stay.
What You’ll Do:
- Clean guest rooms and common areas, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.
- Assist the guest services team with daily check-ins, room amenities, and miscellaneous requests.
- Replenish used towels, change linens, make beds, empty trash.
- Attend to laundry; washing, folding, and organizing bedding & linens.
- Maintain an inventory of necessary supplies & notify a manager when items need to be replenished.
- Perform other cleaning and occasional deep cleaning of property as needed.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Mostly indoors - guest rooms, common spaces, and laundry room. Traveling outside between buildings in all weather conditions may sometimes be required. Housekeepers also work with various cleaning products and other chemical agents, some of which may be hazardous – personal protective equipment must be worn.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position can be physically demanding as it is mostly standing. Walking up and down stairs may be required. Requires the ability to be on one’s feet for long periods at a time. Carrying/balancing food and beverage. Must be able to lift 50lbs.
