- Client development within our temporary staffing/consulting business
Your Role
You will build long-term relationships with finance and accounting professionals, serving as a trusted career counselor on matters such as job openings, hiring trends, career progression, and resume writing.
You will also develop close partnerships with corporate clients to craft strategies that attract top talent to their organizations.
In addition, you will manage the interview process for candidates and clients alike, from initial meetings to offer stage.
You will conduct in-person, video, and phone meetings with corporate clients and candidates.
Requirements
- 1 - 5 years of experience in executive search or agency recruiting
- Alternatively, 1 - 5 years of Finance or Accounting experience, along with an entrepreneurial spirit
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Finance, Accounting, HR, or Sales
