We’re seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert that can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. The Foster Klima agency is in MN, ND, and SD. We can only hire individuals who reside in MN, ND, West Wisconsin, North Iowa, and SD. Remote Opportunity after training and licensing. No territory restrictions — serve clients nationwide!!

Compensation:$60,000 - $90,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages
- Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles
- Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients
- Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities
- Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures
Qualifications:
- You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals
- High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
- 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience
- Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
- A consistent top performer in sales
