Who You Are
- 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or accessories.
- Previous leadership experience preferred (keyholder, supervisor, or similar).
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate, coach, and inspire team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Team-first mindset with a genuine interest in helping people succeed.
- High level of personal integrity and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
