HVAC Sales Representative
Pay: Base Salary Commission | Target Annual Earnings of $150,000
Location: Mount Vernon, WA and surrounding areas
Schedule: 40 hours per week, including occasional evenings and Saturday appointments

Our compensation structure combines a base salary with performance-based commissions, offering target annual earnings of $150,000 or more.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective and existing customers to assess their heating, cooling, comfort, and energy-efficiency needs.
- Present HVAC products, financing options, and solutions that fit customers' needs and budgets.
- Convert qualified leads into sales through effective presentations, follow-ups, and relationship building.
- Prepare accurate proposals, explain product benefits, and guide customers through purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a professional company image while achieving individual sales and profitability goals.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in sales with strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage appointments, leads, and follow-ups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving history.
- Flexibility to accommodate evening and Saturday customer appointments.
- HVAC industry experience is beneficial but not required; training is provided.
