What We're Looking For
- 4 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with ServiceTitan
- EPA Certification required
- NATE certification preferred
- Able to work independently and confidently handle service calls
- Professional with customers and committed to quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
