What You'll Do
- Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues
- Communicate findings clearly and honestly with homeowners
- Explain repair and replacement options without high-pressure sales
- Complete quality work while following safety and company standards
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with the team
- Continue developing your technical skills through company-paid training
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of hands-on HVAC service experience
- Residential HVAC experience
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
- EPA Certification required
- NATE certification strongly preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Valid driver's license and dependable driving history
