Foshee Residential Management Company, LLC (“Foshee”) is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in the vibrant Biloxi, MS area! **Key Responsibilities:**
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our multi-family community remains in top shape. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Troubleshooting and performing essential repairs across the community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical work, as well as installing new appliances when needed.
- Promptly completing resident service requests to ensure satisfaction and comfort.
- Maintaining the exterior of the property to uphold an attractive and welcoming curb appeal.
- Adhering to all OSHA regulations and health, safety, and environmental laws.
- Demonstrating strong attention to detail and showcasing organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Providing outstanding customer service, especially when managing challenging situations or difficult customers.
- Fostering collaboration by working independently as well as part of a team.
- Being on-call to respond promptly to after-hours emergencies.
- Taking on additional duties as assigned to support the team.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong expertise in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, with required EPA & HVAC certification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to multitask while staying organized and meeting deadlines.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
