What You'll Do
Every day is different. As a General Production Worker, you'll help keep our manufacturing operation running safely and efficiently by:
- Operating production equipment and monitoring production lines
- Loading and handling raw materials
- Performing product changeovers and line clean-up
- Completing production and quality documentation
- Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met
- Assisting with warehouse and material movement
- Maintaining a clean, organized work area using 5S principles
- Following all safety procedures and wearing required PPE
- Working closely with teammates to meet daily production goals

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required
- Experience operating equipment is a plus
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
