Forza Management is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, solving mechanical problems, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd like to meet you.
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in keeping our production equipment operating safely and efficiently through preventive maintenance, repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment using our Limble CMMS system.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
Complete accurate work orders, labor tracking, and parts usage documentation.
Perform basic welding, fabrication, and machining repairs as needed.
Assist with installation and startup of new production equipment.
Identify recurring equipment issues and participate in root cause analysis.
Monitor spare parts inventory and communicate replenishment needs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and PPE requirements.
What We're Looking For
2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred).
Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Ability to read electrical schematics and equipment manuals.
Experience using a CMMS, preferably Limble.
High school diploma or GED required; technical/trade school preferred.
Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
Basic computer skills.
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 50 pounds. Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the workday. Work safely in a manufacturing environment with moving equipment, varying temperatures, noise, and industrial chemicals.
Schedule
Full-Time, Monday–Friday, Day Shift. Occasional flexibility may be required to support production needs.
