Role:
Our Shipping and Logistics Manager oversees our shipping and touring departments to organize, store and monitor the distribution of goods to ensure items and resources are shipped to their appropriate destinations in a timely manner. Our ideal candidate would be an individual who is experienced in logistics, process improvement and people management, and has a passion for exceeding clients’ expectations.
Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Use ShipRush and NetSuite software to track, check, prioritize and route orders
- Meet with logistic shipping companies to negotiate pricing/discounts and pickup times
- Manage all important documents pertaining to department functions, such as commercial invoices, pick slips, and bills of landing
- Manage the direct flow of packages from the Tour department to the shipping department
- Supervise and direct employees within the touring and shipping department
- Collaborate with our Warehouse manager to ensure optimized and effective processes
- Working with client manager and carriers to resolve issues regarding ship orders
- Work alongside Operations Manager, ownership and other management as necessary to improve internal processes
This position reports to our Operations Manager, and is an on-site position. This position is a salaried, exempt position.
Schedule: M-F, 8:30AM-5:00PM

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
