for the efficient operation of the branch location, ensuring an
exceptional customer experience, as well as new business development and
Retention Of Existing Customer Relationships. Key Responsibilities
Coaches and mentors branch staff to deliver an exceptional customer
service experience and promote customer relationship development. Drives
the sales and service process, leading team to achieve performance goals
Performs full range of duties pertaining to opening, closing and
maintenance of all types of deposit accounts, consumer loans, and lines
of credit. Ensures efficient day to day operation of branch,
Coordinating Any Routine Facilities Issues. Qualifications Associate
degree in business or related field, plus four years of related
experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be
considered. 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
