Forward Bank in Park Falls seeks an outgoing, service-oriented individual for a full time Customer Service Representative position. The Customer Service Representative is the front-line face of the company, providing exceptional service to our banking customers and assisting them with various financial transactions.
This position will begin their banking career providing high level service for banking transactions. The successful candidate will be able to grow with our organization and further develop their banking knowledge and expertise, opening new accounts and assisting customers with consumer lending needs.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude with superior customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash-handling
- Good computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Word and Excel software applications Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
