In accordance with applicable wage transparency law requirements, the typical estimated total compensation for this position is around $22/hr depending on experience, plus potential bonus opportunities. Bonus amounts can be tied to company, location and/or individual performance, but no specific amount is guaranteed. In our fast-paced team environment, you will partner with our customers and outside sales team to find products and services, solve customer needs, and build ongoing positive business relationships.
- Solve customer inquiries, prepare quotes, process/expedite orders & returns
- Source parts from suppliers nationwide
- Assist in generating sales by upselling, adding on, & educating customers
- Help in the stockroom & deliver orders to customers as needed
- 1 year customer service, inside sales, mechanical or maintenance experience required. Industrial distribution or parts counter environment preferred
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Mechanical aptitude & attention to detail
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)
