Our client, a personal injury law firm, seeks to add an Accounting Clerk to join the team of the firm, headquartered in Springfield, MO. The Accounting Clerk will report to the Director of Operations and will assist with data entry, entering invoices, and other administrative activities.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and ensure proper documentation
- Pay invoices and process transactions
- Provide clerical support to the Director of Operations and team
- Interact with attorneys and paralegals
- Perform other clerical duties and assist with special projects
Qualifications / Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 2 years of data entry experience
- 1 years of clerical accounting experience
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent accuracy and a detail-oriented mentality
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude
