What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Assistant position at Forum Medical Clinic?
Internal medicine practice looking to hire a certified medical assistant. We have two different locations, one in Warren and one in Sterling Heights. We are hiring at the Sterling Heights location full time. Duties inclide but not limited to obtaining vitals, venipunctures, injections, EKG, PFT and X-Rays. Additionally, obtaining prior authorizations for medications, inputting data in the EHR and patient registery. Handling patient phone calls.
Experience in the medical office required, experience with EMR required (Allscripts preferred). Pay depends on experience.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
