The Role

We're looking to add a Recruiting Manager to our Consulting Services Group. This is a full-cycle role that spans business development, client service, and candidate management. You'll work alongside a seasoned leadership team that is genuinely invested in your growth and success, appreciates your autonomy, values balance as highly as output, and is truly committed to making FGC a place where you're EXCITED to walk through the door each day (at least, the days you're in our very, very cool building).


This is not a role for someone who wants to post jobs and wait. It's for someone who wants to build real relationships with real people and take real pride in the outcomes.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage client relationships, earning trust through consistent follow-through and transparent communication.
  • Manage full-cycle searches from intake to placement, keeping both clients and candidates informed at every step.
  • Identify, engage, and represent candidates in a way that reflects genuine care for where their career goes next.
  • Contribute to business development primarily through relationship-building, not solely cold call volume.
  • Operate with the kind of detail and follow-through that makes people want to work with you again and again.


What We're Looking For

  • 4 or more years of experience in recruiting, business development, or client service.
  • A genuine listener. Not just to respond, but to actually understand what someone needs.
  • Detail-oriented without being rigid. You care about getting things right because the outcome matters.
  • A real desire to help candidates move their careers forward and help companies build something great.
  • Self-directed. You don't need to be managed into motion.
  • Intellectual curiosity- you love to learn new things and ask the next question.
