About The Role
- Serve as a front-line CSR supporting drivers, customers, and the operations team
- Assist dispatchers with load coordination, driver communication, and route management
- Build relationships with drivers to support retention and satisfaction
- Learn to maximize driver miles and help meet weekly mileage goals
- Work closely with our service and operations departments as you develop dispatching skills
- Communicate effectively across departments — with drivers, load planners, the service team, and beyond
- Grow into a full Dispatcher role through hands-on training and mentorship
Ideal Candidate
- You love meeting new people and enjoy working with a wide range of personalities
- Transportation, supply chain, or logistics experience is a plus (not required)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- You thrive in a high-energy setting where every day looks a little different
