Because of this, the Customer Service Representative is one of the most important roles in our organization!
This is not simply answering phones or taking messages. The person in this position is the voice customers hear, the tone they remember, and often the reason they choose to work with us.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates with warmth and confidence, and takes pride in creating a positive experience for every customer interaction.
This role spends the majority of the workday communicating with customers by phone, so a natural ability to connect with people through conversation is essential.
Responsibilities:
Inbound Customer Calls
- Answer incoming calls from customers requesting service
- Respond with empathy, patience, and professionalism
- Ask thoughtful questions to clearly understand the customer’s situation
- Accurately document customer needs and call details
- Ensure all relevant information is recorded for the service team
Outbound Customer Communication
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers
- Reconnect with customers who previously contacted the company
- Communicate service opportunities and next steps
- Confidently ask for the customer’s business when appropriate
Call Documentation
- Accurately log call notes and customer information
- Maintain clear records within company systems
- Ensure the service team receives complete and organized call details

- Customer service or call center experience is helpful but not required
