National Linehaul Driver Position Summary:
Fortune East is seeking a National Linehaul Driver to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will drive a predetermined delivery route. Depending on your assigned route, you will be responsible for either live load or drop and hook trailers. Applicants must have a Class A CDL.
National Linehaul Driver Responsibilities:
- Make deliveries on schedule.
- Inspect the vehicle for maintenance issues.
- Maintain truck log.
- Communicate with the dispatcher and other drivers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
National Linehaul Driver Position Requirements:
- Class A CDL and clean driving record; willing to be a team driver.
- Commercial driving experience (1 or more years) preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of a DOT certificate physical and background check.
