Line Cook – Fortune Casino Lacey
Location: Fortune Casino, Lacey, WA
Pay: $20-23/hour to start
Shift: Graveyard shifts available
Fortune Casino in La Center is looking for a skilled and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team! If you have a passion for cooking, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have strong knife skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Assist with prep work and stocking as needed
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of line cooking experience
- Must be reliable and able to work well under pressure
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment
- Ability to work graveyard shifts
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Food handler’s permit (or ability to obtain one)
