Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the unique needs of mid-sized to high-net-worth individuals and deliver tailored insurance strategies.
- Manage and assess clients' insurance needs, offering expert advice on personal insurance products, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, fine art, jewelry, and other specialized coverages.
- Provide guidance throughout the insurance process, from policy selection to claims management.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring their insurance needs are met with precision and care in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to secure the best possible coverage and rates for clients.
- Oversee policy renewals, adjustments, and inquiries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Follow up with clients to address their concerns, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
- Gather and organize all necessary documentation for quoting and binding policies.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling within your client portfolio.
- Support the sales team in acquiring new high-net-worth clients by providing expertise in personal insurance solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in personal insurance, with a focus on middle to high-net-worth clients.
- Proven track record of managing complex insurance portfolios and delivering exceptional client service.
- Experience negotiating with underwriters and carriers on behalf of clients.
Education & Certifications:
- 220 license (required)
- High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, or CIC are highly desirable.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of personal insurance products and markets in Florida.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
