Position Summary
Fortrea is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our team. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is looking for flexible, part-time work.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics
- Prepare, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation (electronic and/or paper)
- Assist with data entry, expense tracking, and basic reporting
- Serve as a point of contact for internal team members and external partners
- Support special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred
- 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience (corporate or healthcare environment a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a clinical research, healthcare, or regulated environment
- Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom)
- Prior experience supporting managers or cross-functional teams
