About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator supports the company’s marketing and business development efforts by assisting with advertising, content creation, digital platforms, and internal communications. Key Responsibilities
Advertising:
- Assist in identifying advertising opportunities and drafting ad content.
- Support the development of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and branded materials.
- Help coordinate public relations efforts, including drafting articles and news releases.
Marketing Execution & Content Oversight:
- Assist in the production and distribution of marketing materials, proposals, and award submissions.
- Help manage social media platforms and contribute to website content updates.
- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) with guidance from senior staff.
- Support event planning, jobsite marketing (e.g., banners, signage), and client appreciation efforts.
- Help administer the Customer Satisfaction Survey program.
- Maintain and organize the incoming project list and marketing assets.
- Monitor project management platforms for photography; coordinate Safety review as needed.
- Tag and catalog images by segment, job, and usage type.
- Provide support for business development outreach and lead tracking.
Sales & Marketing Strategy:
- Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and direct mail efforts.
- Help maintain CRM/database systems and track incoming project leads.
- Support client engagement efforts and lead follow-up under supervision.
- Assist in fulfilling contractor pre-qualifications and award submission documentation.
- Help maintain relationships with clients and architects through coordinated communications.
- Support preparation of monthly department updates.
- This role offers hands-on experience and mentorship from senior staff.
Qualifications (Required and Preferred):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of marketing or business development experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), or project management tools (e.g., ProCore, Pantera) is a plus.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to travel occasionally (up to 10–15%) as needed.
