About the Role
Select Home Health is seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide to support patients located within the West Lafayette and surrounding areas. In this role, you will provide hands-on assistance in the home, helping patients with daily living activities while supporting their comfort, safety, and independence.
No attendant care is provided (no housekeeping, errands, or companionship).
Responsibilities
- Follow the instructions of the professional nurse/therapist in providing care.
- Provide assistance with personal care (bathing, oral care, and dressing)
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA requirements.
- Ambulation, positioning, and turning.

Qualifications:- Ability to read, write and follow directions.
- Must have a valid drivers license, auto insurance, and your own personal reliable transportation.
- Must be a certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Indiana.
- One year of direct patient experience in a hospital, facility, or home setting.
- Willingness to travel between patient homes, visits last up to 1 hour per client.
