Frontier Sales Representative

Fortis Dynamic, Inc. is seeking a Frontier Sales Representative to represent Frontier residential Internet and TV solutions. The Frontier Sales Representative will also support customer acquisition through clear communication, maintain consistent residential outreach, assist with enrollment coordination, and drive steady service adoption while building trust with every household interaction.

As a Frontier Sales Representative, you oversee the sales of Frontier Internet and TV bundles in the West Virginia market. The Frontier Sales Representative will then increase sales by conducting direct sales outreach that focuses on the reliability of fiber-optic technology. Through a dedicated sales approach, you help every customer secure a high-performance home connection.

Responsibilities of the Frontier Sales Representative

• Introduce Frontier Internet & TV Services to Hartford customers through engaging sales outreach that encourages sales conversations.
• Provide ongoing support, reinforcing key sales benefits of internet and TV solutions.
• Support enrollment needs with professionalism, balancing customer care and sales communication.
• Track preferences to strengthen sales strategies and outreach effectiveness.
• Deliver easy-to-understand explanations that keep sales interactions welcoming and clear.
• Ensure follow-up support to maintain satisfaction and long-term sales relationships.

Qualifications of the Frontier Sales Representative

• Experience in sales or customer support is a plus.
• Prior Frontier Sales Representative experience is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working in a community-based role with consistent customer engagement
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a professional sales-focused team
• Organized mindset with attention to detail in managing customer interactions and sales activity

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
