Fortis Dynamic, a growing sales and development firm, is hiring an Entry Level Sales Associate to support customers in the Fairmont area with selecting the best Frontier services for their homes. As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you’ll connect directly with customers, provide personalized recommendations, and guide them through a smooth enrollment process—helping build strong, long-term relationships and positioning Frontier as a top choice for home connectivity.
As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you’ll receive hands-on training in fiber-optic technology, streaming services, and consultative sales techniques. You’ll play a key role in customer outreach, helping families understand the value of Frontier Fiber’s reliable, high-speed connectivity for everyday needs like remote work, streaming, and staying connected.
Entry Level Sales Associate Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers to explain Frontier Internet and TV options in a clear, confident way
- Assist in the enrollment process by preparing documents, comparing services, and supporting onboarding
- Follow up with new customers to ensure satisfaction and recommend additional services as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enrollments, and follow-ups
- Communicate product features, reliability, and bundle benefits in simple, easy-to-understand terms
- Help customers understand how Frontier services enhance their daily lives, from streaming to remote work
