Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Benefits Lead Analyst to support a Healthcare client that recently completed an Oracle Cloud HCM implementation. This is a critical backfill role focused on stabilizing, optimizing, and enhancing the Oracle Cloud Benefits workstream while leading the organization through the upcoming Open Enrollment cycle.
This position requires a strong blend of functional and technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Benefits, including hands-on experience with Oracle Fast Formulas, Benefits configuration, integrations, and ongoing production support.
- Healthcare industry experience (Required)
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Benefits functional and technical expertise
- Strong Oracle Fast Formula development experience
- Experience configuring Benefits plans, eligibility, life events, rates, and enrollment rules
- Experience supporting Annual Open Enrollment
- Knowledge of HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and HDL
- Experience with Benefits carrier integrations and 834/custom file feeds
- Understanding of ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and ERISA regulations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel to New Jersey up to 50% (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud Benefits.
- Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot Oracle Fast Formulas.
- Configure eligibility profiles, benefit plans, rates, flex credits, and life event processing.
- Partner with HR and Benefits teams to translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud configurations.
- Support Annual Open Enrollment, mid-year changes, and employee life events.
- Build and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, and HDL data loads.
- Support payroll integrations, third-party administrators, and benefit carrier interfaces.
- Manage benefits file feeds (834 and custom formats).
- Perform regression testing for quarterly Oracle updates and new enhancements.
- Monitor system performance, resolve production issues, and maintain data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Benefits regulations.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive Benefits Playbook documenting processes and configurations.
- Drive automation and continuous process improvements while serving as the Benefits subject matter expert.
Travel Requirement
- Up to 50% travel to New Jersey is mandatory.
- Travel will be concentrated during Open Enrollment (Late October through Early November).
- Outside of Open Enrollment, travel is expected approximately once per month.
