Additional Job Responsibilities Are Outlined Below
- Review and resolve pricing errors and issues on completed cases
- Create, update, and maintain customer pricing schedules per contract parameters
- Ensure internal systems accurately reflect current pricing strategies and work to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Assist the sales team with constructing new business proposals with quotes and contracts
- Utilize the contract/quote template and keep these tools updated and current
- Utilize CRM to assist the sales team in curating customer information
- Help to identify duplicate and inaccurate data in CRM and proprietary internal systems, working with IT to rectify issues
- Ensure all customer contracts are accurately documented in CRM
- Review customer inquiries and requests, communicating with appropriate departments/individuals effectively and in a timely manner
- Assist the field technicians with case and pricing, the finance department with billing questions, and customer care on an as-needed basis
