Marketing Specialist

  Forte and Tablada is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to help strengthen our brand, support business development efforts, and create engaging content across digital and print platforms. This position plays a key role in maintaining brand consistency, managing marketing communications, supporting events, and telling the story of our people, projects, and culture. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and design marketing materials for proposals, presentations, advertisements, events, and firm communications.
• Manage and maintain social media content, campaigns, and engagement across platforms. 
• Develop graphics, videos, and visual content that support marketing and business development initiatives.
• Maintain website content and coordinate updates with external vendors and internal stakeholders
• Support conferences, sponsorships, client events, and branded merchandise programs.
• Manage marketing assets, project profiles, photography, and campaign tracking.  

• 3–5 years of marketing, communications, graphic design, or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with social media platforms and digital content creatio
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing, website content management systems, and presentation software is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred.
