This position transforms initial rough product designs using computer aided design (CAD) into working documents.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operates software to represent drawings/designs in draft form

• Consult with Engineers and Project Managers while preparing their drawings

• Works under supervision from a Sr. Designer, Engineer or Project Manager

• Ability to work well with a team

• Understands project time constraints and works with Supervisor to get clear direction on how much time should specific tasks take.

• 2 years’ experience
• Desirable to have CAD training from an institute or training facility
• High school diploma or equivalent
