Summary
As a member of Forte and Tablada’s Digital Transformation Team, the IT Support Technician will provide technical support to employees, help maintain system integrity, and contribute innovation to corporate culture. The IT Support Technician will report directly to Forte and Tablada’s IT Manager.
Roles & Responsibilities

Helpdesk operations and user support

Perform system maintenance tasks such as backup and file recovery

Software installation and configuration

Maintain documentation of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting procedures

Create and manage user accounts and permissions

Diagnosis and resolution of technical issues

Onsite and remote support of all Louisiana offices
Job Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor’s degree preferred
-
2-4 years of related experience.

Strong communication and organization skills

Working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments

Transportation for limited travel between sites

A certification preferred, but not required
