Knockbox Specialist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

It is necessary the ideal candidate will be able to keep up with the production schedule while producing exceptional products that are up to Forte' expectations. Each pre roller will need to hit their individual hourly target of pre rolls.

• Main job is running the knockbox
• Shred, and operate de-stemming machine
• Close and weigh pre rolls- Quality check
• Punctual/reliable, reliable transportation, follows directions
• Perform all duties required to ensure a clean and safe facility.
• Accurately weigh/count materials
• Packaging pre pack eighths
• Weighing bulk flower
• Making bubble hash
• Trustworthy and honest character
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and good work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as a team to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to successfully perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time.
• This job includes any and all tasks we direct you to undertake at the time at or below your abilities and pay grade.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience required, will train on site for right canidate

Physical Requirements and State Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 LBS, bending over, and stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to listen and have excellent communicate with coworkers.
• Must be 21 years of age or older at time of applying
• Must be willing to undergo a background check
• Must have a valid state ID

Pay: $17.50 per hour
