We are looking for a someone to take over the Lamonta Compound located in Prineville, OR .
This contract is for the next 3 years and we are looking for someone motivated, responsible and able to micromanage on its own.
The office cleaning included sweeping, mopping, dustin, trash disposal and other general cleaning services. Must have experience in active Janitorial services and have clean background for access.
Services have to be provide 3 times per week on Tuesday - Thursday - Saturday after business hour (5PM - 9PM) can be modify if needed.
Qualifications
- Extensive janitorial and custodial experience in commercial settings
- Proficient in industrial cleaning techniques and floor care
- Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols and safety standards
- Experience in facilities maintenance and porter duties
- Ability to perform residential painting and buffing tasks as needed
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
