We're a local cleaning company looking for a dependable, hard-working janitor to cover two regular building accounts in Fort Worth/Richland Hills.
Locations:
- Location 1: Near In-N-Out, 5th Street, Fort Worth, TX 76107
- Location 2: Hwy 121 Frontage Rd, Richland Hills, TX 76118
Pay: $13/hr during training | $14–$15/hr after 2-week training period (based on performance and experience)
Employment Type: W-2 Employee (NOT a 1099/contractor position)
Schedule:
- Tuesday: 6:00 PM – approx. 8:30 PM (Location 2 – Richland Hills 76118)
- Wednesday: 6:00 PM – approx. 9:30 PM (Location 1 – Fort Worth 76107)
- Friday: 6:00 PM – approx. 8:30 PM (Location 2 – Richland Hills 76118)
- Saturday: 6:00 PM – approx. 9:30 PM (Location 1 – Fort Worth 76107) — flexible day, can start as early as 2:00 PM once training is complete
Total: ~12–13 hours/week — great for someone looking for consistent part-time hours.
What You'll Do:
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Wipe down surfaces, windows, and common areas
- Follow a cleaning checklist each shift
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable — this is a consistent schedule and we need someone who shows up
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, but we'll train the right person
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have reliable transportation to both Fort Worth and Richland Hills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
This is NOT a gig or contractor role. You will be hired as a W-2 employee with taxes withheld.
