Janitor/Cleaner Needed in Saginaw

We're a local cleaning company looking for a dependable, hard-working janitor to join our team for a regular building account in Saginaw.

Location: Saginaw, TX 76179

Pay: $13/hr during training | $14 - $14.80/hr after 3-week training period (based on performance and experience)

Employment Type: W-2 Employee (NOT a 1099/contractor position)

Schedule:

- Saturday: 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM

- Sunday: 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM

- Tuesday: 9:00 PM - approx. 12:00 AM

- Thursday: 9:00 PM - approx. 12:00 AM

Total: ~16 hours/week - great for someone looking for consistent evening hours.

What You'll Do:

- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors

- Empty trash and replace liners

- Clean and sanitize restrooms

- Wipe down surfaces, windows, and common areas

- Follow a cleaning checklist each shift

What We're Looking For:

- Reliable - this is a consistent schedule and we need someone who shows up

- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is not required. We will train you to clean to our Standard Operating Procedures.

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision after training

- Must have reliable transportation to Saginaw, TX

- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

This is NOT a gig or contractor role. You will be hired as a W-2 employee with taxes withheld. You will be supervised and your work will be checked consistently.
